tqbet Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the tqbet platform. This document clearly sets out all rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming.

1 General Provisions
tqbet is an online gaming platform that provides sports betting, casino games, slots, and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tqbet and users of the platform.
In these terms, "tqbet", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating the platform. "You", "user", or "member" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.
All tqbet services operate under these terms. In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also considered part of this agreement.
2 Account Registration
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, tqbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel any earned bonuses.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.
- Provide your correct name, address, and contact details.
- Register using the information shown on your national ID card or passport.
- The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your account.
- Your email address and phone number must be correct, as verification is completed through these channels.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You may not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, log in to tqbet immediately, change your password, and contact support.
3 Eligibility
The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on tqbet:
- Age: Users must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only.
- Legal capacity: Users must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Playing on your own behalf: You must play on your own behalf and using your own funds.
- Restrictions: Those who have been banned from using an account on tqbet may not use the platform.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on tqbet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The same minimum limit applies for all methods.
- Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming activity.
- The name on the payment method must match the name on the account.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Depositing money laundering proceeds or illegal funds is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met.
- In cases of suspicious activity, tqbet reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal.
- A withdrawal request may be cancelled if it has not yet been processed.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
tqbet offers a welcome bonus for new members — a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 → total balance ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met for each bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
- In cases of bonus abuse, tqbet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
- Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
- tqbet reserves the right to change, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting & Games
All betting and gaming activity on tqbet is conducted under fair play principles. Each game runs according to its own rules set by the game provider, and the applicable rules are displayed on the platform before the game begins.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue or server disruption, tqbet may consider that round void and the relevant bet amount will be refunded. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a display or software error, the correct result will apply.
6.3 Sports Betting
tqbet offers betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sporting events. All betting markets and odds are subject to change. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, the original odds will apply even if the odds change afterwards.
- If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
- In the event of a dispute over a result, tqbet's decision will be considered final.
- In cases of delay in in-play betting, tqbet reserves the right not to accept certain bets.

tqbet believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not a cause of problems. We strictly provide services to adults only (21+) and place responsible gaming as our highest priority. If you notice signs of gaming addiction, contact our support team immediately.
7 Responsible Gaming
tqbet takes responsible gaming very seriously. We are committed to ensuring a safe and controlled gaming environment for our members.

9 User Code of Conduct
The following code of conduct must be followed when using the tqbet platform. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
9.1 Prohibited Activities
- Fraud: Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to exploit the system is strictly prohibited.
- Bots & automation: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games is prohibited.
- Collusion: Attempting to influence the outcome of a game by colluding with other players is prohibited.
- Illegal funds: Using money obtained from illegal sources is strictly prohibited.
- Bonus abuse: Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts or identities is prohibited.
- Hacking: Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems is a criminal offence.
9.2 Polite & Respectful Conduct
Polite and respectful language must be used when communicating via live chat or with support. Threats, offensive language, or harassing behaviour will not be tolerated.
10 Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Closure by tqbet
tqbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- Providing false information or identity fraud.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Evidence of fraud or bonus abuse.
- Direction from legal authorities.
- Prolonged inactivity on the account.
10.2 Closure by the User
You can request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to complete any pending withdrawals before the account is closed. As part of responsible gaming, you can also request a temporary break or self-exclusion.
11 Limitation of Liability
The tqbet platform is provided "as is". We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, however our liability is limited in the following areas:
- tqbet is not responsible for any losses caused by internet connection disruptions or technical issues.
- There is no direct liability for errors by third-party service providers (payment gateways, game providers).
- Liability is limited in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
- tqbet is not responsible for any losses caused by the user's own negligence.
12 Changes to Terms
tqbet reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via the email registered to their account or through a notice on the platform.
Updated terms will take effect from the date of publication. If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.
